Do you have questions regarding the operation of our products, do you need spare parts, or would you like to know if we have something in stock? Our customer service team consists of specialists who are happy to assist you with any queries you may have regarding our products and services. We are available by telephone, email and WhatsApp from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 12:00 and between 12:30 and 17:00.

Do you have an account with us? If so, you can log in to find most of the information you need regarding stock levels, prices, delivery history and terms and conditions.

Ordering and Delivery

Opening hours

Our team is available by phone on all working days, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your order value and the method of shipment:

Orders under € 200.00 (parcels up to 29 kg): € 9.50 shipping costs
Orders under € 200.00 shipped by pallet: € 50.00 shipping costs
Orders of € 200.00 and above: free shipping (carriage paid)

The Winntec Y420250+, Y420330+ and Y420333+ are excluded from the free-freight arrangement; from 5 units onwards (mixed references allowed), they are delivered free of charge per pallet.

Dropshipping

We offer the option to ship your order directly to your own customer (dropshipping). This means you don't have to receive and forward the goods yourself — we deliver straight to the delivery address you provide.

For this service we charge a dropshipping surcharge. This surcharge is applied on top of the regular shipping costs:

Parcel shipment: € 4.50 surcharge
Pallet shipment: € 45.00 surcharge

For example: if you send an order under € 200.00 as a parcel to your customer, you pay the regular shipping cost of € 9.50 plus the dropshipping surcharge of € 4.50, so € 14.00 in total.

Quick order

Quick Order Button = Easy Ordering!

If you have your login details and item number(s) at hand, you can use this option to enter all your order lines quickly and efficiently in a single step. These orders also require the least handling on our side and are therefore processed faster. During busy periods, these orders are automatically given priority!

How to order?

Orders placed through the website are processed the fastest and are therefore the first to be dispatched. Orders placed before 2:00 PM can usually be shipped the same day. For orders placed after 2:00 PM, we do our utmost to dispatch them on the same day as well.

Deliveries

Packages weighing up to 29 kg are shipped via our parcel delivery service. These are usually delivered the day after dispatch in the Netherlands and Belgium. If the order weighs more, it will be shipped on a pallet. The pallet shipment is registered with our dedicated transport carrier on the same day. As this type of shipment requires more attention and planning, delivery often takes one day longer, and sometimes a few days longer.

Repairs

My machine is faulty / needs servicing. What should I do?

Download the repair form
Read the instructions on the form carefully
Complete the details in section A
Send your machine to Draper Tools Europe

Unless we hear otherwise from you, the machine will be repaired at our standard rates and returned to you. If our technical service determines that your machine is covered by the warranty, the repair and return will be carried out free of charge.

Transport damage

In the event of transport damage, please refuse delivery of the shipment. If you have nevertheless accepted the shipment, please take a photo of the damage and notify us.

Warranty

Would you like to submit a warranty claim? Please complete the return form for this purpose. Describe the issue and include a copy of the purchase invoice.
