Draper Tools Europe B.V.
Supplier of quality tools since 1919
The history of Draper Tools
Draper Tools, a British family-run business, was founded in 1919 by the Draper family. It began as a small-scale business delivering tools, but over the years grew into a recognised company known for its quality tools. The company is now run by the fourth generation, Tom and Joe Draper, and its focus is no longer solely on the United Kingdom but also on the international market.
Acquisition of Delta International BV
In 2018, Draper Tools set its sights on the Dutch company Delta International BV, leading to an acquisition in November 2018. At that time, it was still operating under the name Delta International. This changed in August 2025. In March 2025, Simon Del-Nevo joined the Draper Group and, under his leadership, the new name was officially changed to Draper Tools Europe on 4 August 2025.
Focus on Europe, from the Netherlands
His background in the tools industry in the fields of sales, marketing, product development and business management makes Simon the perfect person to lead Draper Tools Europe. “I have worked for Makita, Techtronic Industries and Globe Technologies in roles across the United Kingdom, Europe and China. I am proud to now add the Draper Group to that list. I am therefore honoured to be leading the European team from our base in the Netherlands,” said Sim.
Growth plans for the future
Draper Tools has a robust growth plan for the European market, featuring many new products and initiatives. Under Simon’s leadership, our team is looking forward to the steps Draper Tools Europe will be taking in the coming months and years.
